Priority Reservation Lists
For each of our development projects, we offer buyers the opportunity to reserve a spot on a Priority Reservation List by submitting a small refundable deposit. Members of our Priority List have the first and only opportunity to purchase a home at pre-construction prices. As a member of our Priority Reservation List, you will be invited to review floor plans, and choose your preferred unit, according to your priority number.
