As appreciation for our Clients’ continued business, we are offering a $1500 incentive for each repeat purchase. We are also offering our Clients a $1500 incentive for each referral of a potential buyer who closes on a property.

To be eligible for the Referral Incentive, the Client must submit this referral form prior to the Potential Buyer’s initial contact with High Point Development. Referrals submitted after Potential Buyer’s initial contact with High Point Development are not applicable. Referral Incentives will be issued within 30 days following the respective closing date. Clients may apply their Repeat Purchase Incentive toward the purchase price of their home, or choose to receive their incentive monetarily within 30 days of their closing date.
